1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Crittbabou website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at crittbabou.com and any related services provided by Crittbabou.
If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Crittbabou provides public speaking coaching services including:
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Group workshops and training
- Presentation skills development
- Communication coaching
- Online resources and materials
Services are provided from our location at 67 Weddall Rd, Lockridge WA 6054, Australia, and may be delivered in-person, online, or via hybrid methods.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our booking system
- Sessions are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual
Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with fee
- Less than 12 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling subject to availability and fees
- No-show: No refund or rescheduling
Company Cancellations
If we need to cancel a session, we will provide at least 24 hours notice and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
- Come prepared to participate actively in coaching activities
- Treat coaches and other participants with respect
- Follow safety guidelines during in-person sessions
- Provide accurate contact and health information when relevant
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality agreements
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and methods used in our coaching services are the intellectual property of Crittbabou unless otherwise stated. This includes:
- Training materials and handouts
- Coaching methodologies and frameworks
- Website content and design
- Video and audio recordings
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our materials without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching discussions. We expect the same discretion from clients regarding:
- Other participants' personal information and stories
- Proprietary coaching methods and materials
- Business information discussed during corporate sessions
8. Limitation of Liability
Crittbabou's coaching services are designed to improve communication skills and confidence. However:
- Results may vary and are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for career outcomes or specific achievements
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Health and Safety
While our services are generally low-risk, participants should:
- Inform us of any health conditions that might affect participation
- Take breaks when needed during intensive sessions
- Follow all safety guidelines for in-person workshops
- Seek medical advice if experiencing stress or anxiety related to public speaking
10. Technology and Online Services
For online coaching sessions:
- Clients are responsible for reliable internet connection
- Technical issues may require rescheduling
- Recording of sessions requires explicit consent from all parties
- Platform requirements will be communicated in advance
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be:
- First addressed through good faith discussion
- Subject to mediation if direct resolution fails
- Governed by Australian law
- Resolved in the courts of Western Australia
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
